HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All orders are custom made on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland Australia.

Once your order has been placed and payment has been received we will begin production. We strive to have your order ready ASAP, and deliver it to you in the shortest time possible.

Unframed prints are usually printed and delivered within 7 business days. Framed prints and canvases may take around 14 days, as they are individually hand-crafted by our framers.

If you require your print urgently, please email contact@lukesimpsonimages.com, and we will do our best to prioritize your purchase.

Please note that overseas orders can only be shipped via postal tube, and are therefore available as “rolled/unframed” option only.

We offer FREE shipping Australia-wide on ALL orders.

Orders shipping overseas
All unframed artwork can be shipped worldwide for a flat rate of $40. Please note that overseas orders can only be shipped via postal tube, and are therefore available as “rolled”/unframed option only.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
At Luke Simpson Images, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction.

In the event that you receive a damaged product, we will gladly accept the return of any item within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us immediately at contact@lukesimpsonimages.com within 24 hours of receiving your package. In order to assess the situation, we require a photo of the damage and a description of the issue. If you are eligible for a return, you may choose to receive a free replacement or a full refund for the cost of the product.

Please keep in mind that as all artwork is custom-made, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges if you change your mind. In addition, we do not accept returns on any items that were purchased on sale.
